SiteSeeing: Community Development (CD) has developed a results-driven process that gives communities a comprehensive guideplan for the future design and development of the neighborhood.

Unlike "boilerplate" community development maps drawn by developers or planners, the SiteSeeing CD guideplan is flexible and adaptable. It can be used proactively to clearly communicate to developers, community members, and civic planners the neighborhood's values, as well as the assets the community wishes to enhance and real opportunities for development.
