Historic Saint Paul (HSP) contracted with SiteLines Education, a Minneapolis based design education organization founded by deLaittre, to engage community stakeholders – residents, institutions, businesses, politicians and planners – in a comprehensive, step-by-step place based planning process. The process was designed to help decision makers 'see' their neighborhood, develop a common language and base of information, and create development principles to help them make informed, collaborative decisions now and into the future.
